TPI EXECUTIVE FELLOWS PROGRAM
A 12-MONTH LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT FORUM
YOUR BELIEFS ARE YOUR LEADERSHIP
Most leadership programs focus on behavior. This program strengthens the beliefs and internal operating system that shape how leaders think, decide, and lead under pressure.
Over 12 months, leaders develop growth-oriented beliefs, emotional intelligence, and practical leadership capability that sustain performance in real-world complexity. This is not a short-term workshop. It is a year-long reinforcement model designed for durable mindset and habit change.
12 MONTH PROGRAM START DATE: SEPTEMBER 14 | 11:00AM – 2:00PM ET
What Makes This Different
Individual Outcomes
Leaders who fully engage in this experience often report they are better able to:
- Recognize and transform the limiting beliefs that quietly cap their leadership effectiveness, such as status quo thinking, fear-based control, and the belief that “I have to have all the answers.”
- Lead with greater steadiness under pressure, using resilience and emotional regulation to navigate ambiguity, complexity, and constant change.
- Lead with full intelligence by reading emotional dynamics in the room, naming what is unspoken, and using that information to improve alignment, trust, and decision quality.
- Develop leaders instead of managing tasks, using coaching, delegation, and clear expectations to build capability and ownership in others.
- Create clarity that improves how teams collaborate, resolve friction, and integrate new members.
- Leverage a trusted peer leadership network that provides perspective, challenge long after the program ends.
Organizational Outcomes Observed
Organizations with leaders who participate in this experience often observe:
- Stronger ownership and accountability across teams, with leaders developing talent and elevating performance.
- Faster adoption of change and new initiatives, including digital and AI-driven transformation, as leaders shift mindsets and reduce resistance.
- Higher engagement and retention, as leaders create cultures of trust, clarity, and growth rather than burnout and ambiguity.
- More productive collaboration and reduced friction, as expectations become clearer and issues are addressed earlier.
- Greater consistency in leadership behavior and communication, creating a more aligned experience across teams.
- Stronger bench strength and succession readiness, as leaders intentionally grow capability and confidence in the people around them.

An incredible leadership development program for high potential leaders that was a life-changing experience for me. The program not only helped enhance my critical foundational skills but also provided multiple opportunities for me to network globally and heighten my professional capabilities. I’ve made lifelong friends and strong collaborators. From learning about mindfulness to working passionately on global projects, it helped me ‘chase lions’... pursue my ambitions and dreams fearlessly, no matter the outcome.

Fellows helped me change how I see myself and the path to who I want to be. It gave me the chance to reflect on how I see my future self, how it relates to who I am now and to my work, and to discover an environment of tools, reflections, and people that make it conquerable. Plenty of material about leadership is available today, but the program’s power in my life was to be guided to dive deeper into myself, in a safe space to hear and speak, to receive mentorship, and to build relations with people whom I can relate to and admire.

PROGRAM FACILITATOR
Jeff Hittner is an executive coach, leadership expert, and entrepreneur with 25 years of experience working with CEOs and executive teams across three continents. Jeff designed and led the Global High Potential Leaders Fellowship at JA Worldwide, a global NGO nominated for the Nobel Peace Prize. He served as Global Lead Facilitator at IVY, a community of more than 10,000 CEOs and founders, and was the MBA Professor of Leadership at Bard College, where he developed the curriculum for one of the first MBAs in Sustainability in the United States. Earlier in his career, he founded and led IBM’s global Corporate Social Responsibility consulting practice.
Jeff is also the founder of Ambitious Dads, a movement for fathers who want to lead with the same clarity and purpose at home as they do at work. His work sits at the intersection of leadership, identity, and emotional capacity, an area most leadership development overlooks. It’s also deeply personal. Twelve years ago, he learned he could not become a biological father, which forced him to dismantle and redefine a lifelong vision of identity and family. Today, he's a proud father of two boys.
That experience shapes how Jeff coaches and what he believes: most leaders don’t need more strategies, they need the willingness to challenge the assumptions that are quietly running their lives. Jeff began his career as an elite gymnast at the College of William & Mary, holds a Master’s degree from the Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, and lives in Valencia, Spain, with his sons, Rivington and Remiel.
